Other case management systems will put you in a box. My job isn't to put you in a box, but rather, to empower you to create your own box. In this VIP Plan, we'll work one-on-one for four consecutive weeks in a virtual share-screen environment to create your customized case management system. We'll develop a plan to revolutionize your practice and transform your subscription into a case management system that truly fits your practice and lifestyle. Whether you are ready to go all-in or take baby steps into Microsoft 365, I've got the knowledge, the templates, and the energy to take your practice to the next level with Microsoft 365. The power is in your hands. Here are some items you'll receive, learn, or benefit from during our sessions: * Training on how to create, maintain, and secure SharePoint sites and Team Group Channels * Training on how to create and design custom SharePoint pages and Communication sites * Access to my customized Microsoft Lists to track case data, analytics, and workflows * Customized Microsoft Forms for gathering intake data or answers to discovery * Get a custom project management roadmap to assist in the rollout of your new system * Get a custom workflow chart to assist you in moving into, or migrating over to your new system * Guided checklists for opening and closing SharePoint sites and Team Group Channels * Personalized training in most Microsoft 365 applications and how to use them for your practice - OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, Lists, SharePoint, Teams, Bookings, To-Do, Planner, Sway, etc. * Recorded playback download and transcript of our sessions. * Discounts towards future purchases for custom Power Automates or an Arrow365 Plan. * FREE access to the Microsoft 365 Masterclasses (Version 2.0 coming soon). * Access to the Microsoft 365 for Practice Management private Facebook group. COST: $700 per month 4 to 5 personalized training sessions for up to 1.5 hours per session. Up to two participants per session. Additional participants will be considered for an additional fee. The monthly VIP Plan can be extended. All sales are final.
